Vehicle management

Vehicle management for societies and apartments

Give every resident’s car and bike a QR sticker, check vehicles at the gate in seconds, and get reminders before insurance or PUC runs out.

My vehicles screen in the GateChecker resident app: one scooter waiting for office verification and one car with its gate sticker issued and a PUC expiry warning

QR vehicle stickers for every car and bike

Each verified vehicle gets its own QR sticker. Residents stick it on the windscreen or the bike, and the guard scans it at the gate.

  • One QR sticker per vehicle, linked to the home
  • Printable A4 sticker sheets
  • Print for one flat, a whole wing or everyone
  • Print from the app or the committee web panel

Verified by the office and blocked when needed

Residents add their own vehicles in the app. The management office checks the details before a sticker is issued.

  • Residents add cars and bikes from the app
  • The office verifies each vehicle
  • Block a sticker when a vehicle is sold or a sticker is lost
  • Reissue a new sticker when needed

The committee verifies a new vehicle and issues its sticker.

Quick number-plate check at the gate

The guard points the phone at the sticker. No sticker, or hard to scan? The guard types the number plate instead and gets the same details.

  • Scan the sticker QR with the guard app
  • Or search by sticker code or number plate
  • See the owner’s name, their flat and a button to call them
  • A clear warning if the vehicle is blocked or not verified yet

Insurance and PUC expiry reminders

Save the insurance and PUC dates with each vehicle once. GateChecker reminds the owner before they run out.

  • Insurance and PUC dates saved with the vehicle
  • Reminders before a date runs out
  • Guards never see the papers, only a note if a date has passed
How it works

How vehicle management works

  1. The resident adds the vehicle

A car or bike, with its number plate, from the GateChecker app.

  2. The office verifies it

The office checks the details and issues a QR sticker.

  3. The guard checks it at the gate

Scan the sticker, or type the number plate.

Questions

Vehicle management questions

Anything else? Ask us on WhatsApp.

Do we have to use QR stickers?

No. We switch QR stickers on or off for you, the way your committee wants. Without stickers, guards check each vehicle by its number plate.

How do we print the stickers?

From the app or the committee web panel, on A4 sheets. Print the stickers for one flat, a whole wing, or every vehicle in the community.

What if a sticker is lost or the vehicle is sold?

The office blocks the old sticker so it can no longer be used, and can reissue a new one when needed.

Can guards see vehicle documents?

No. Guards never see the RC, insurance or PUC papers. If insurance or PUC has run out, the guard only sees a short note with the date.
