Notice board and complaint helpdesk for your residents

Post notices, track complaints and helpdesk work, run polls and events, and let residents raise an SOS, all in one app.

Resident app notice board with a pinned maintenance notice at the top, followed by event, maintenance and general notices

A notice board on every resident’s phone

Post a notice once and residents get a notification on their phone. They read it on the notice board in the app.

  • Pin important notices to the top
  • Categories: general, maintenance, events, rules and emergency
  • Attach files and photos
  • Send to everyone, or to one wing
  • See who has read it

Complaints with a clear status

Residents raise a complaint with a category, a priority and photos. They can follow it from the day it is raised until it is fixed.

  • Status from raised, to assigned, to in progress, to resolved
  • Committee replies on a timeline
  • Residents are told when something changes

Helpdesk tickets for the management office

The committee works through complaints and helpdesk tickets from one list, in the app or on the web panel. Late work comes first.

  • Assign a ticket to someone, with a due time
  • Overdue tickets are shown first
  • Internal notes that only the committee sees
  • Filter complaints by status and priority

Polls and events for residents

Ask residents what they think, and run events from the app, from sign-up to expenses.

  • Polls with a closing date, anonymous if you choose
  • Event registration for each flat
  • Residents pay by UPI and upload proof; the committee approves it
  • Keep track of event expenses

SOS button and emergency contacts

In an emergency, a resident presses SOS and picks what is wrong. The alert goes to the guards, the committee, or both.

  • Medical, fire, security and other emergencies
  • The guard or committee acknowledges the alert
  • Emergency numbers to call with one tap

How it works

How notices and complaints work

  1. The committee posts

Notices, polls and events, from the app or the web panel.

  2. Residents take part

They read notices, vote, register for events and raise complaints.

  3. Everyone stays informed

Residents see each reply and status change in the app.

Anything else? Ask us on WhatsApp.

Do residents get notices on their phone?

Yes. When the committee posts a notice, residents get a notification and can read it in the app. The committee can see who has read it.

Can a poll be anonymous?

Yes. The committee can make a poll anonymous. Then nobody can see who voted for what, not even the committee.

Who gets an SOS alert?

The resident chooses: the guards at the gate, the committee, or both. The resident is told when someone acknowledges the alert.

Can residents add photos to a complaint?

Yes. A resident can attach photos or files when raising a complaint, and follow its status and replies in the app.
